Terms of Service (ToS) – THAIZUP Platform

1. Purpose and Mission
The THAIZUP platform, operated by “Federation Française pour la Numérisation et le Rayonnement des Commerces” (France), is a multi-platform dedicated to the promotion of Thai Soft Power and the 5Fs (Food, Film, Fashion, Fighting, Festivals). THAIZUP acts as a promotional media and technical intermediary connecting tourist/commercial establishments (“Professionals”) with international visitors (“Users”).
2. Promotional Services and Content Production
THAIZUP is more than a booking tool. The platform produces reports, interviews, and features to highlight selected Professionals.
- Content Produced by THAIZUP: All reports, photographs, videos, and interviews created by the THAIZUP team remain the exclusive intellectual property of THAIZUP (FFNRC). The Professional is granted a limited right of use for their own promotion during the term of their subscription.
- Content Provided by the Professional: Professionals guarantee they own the rights to any images or text they upload to their profile.
3. Professional Commitments (Soft Power & Accuracy) In addition to legal obligations, Professionals agree to:
- Promote an authentic and high-quality image of Thailand.
- Ensure the accuracy of information (prices, services). Liability: THAIZUP shall not be held liable for false statements made by a Professional. In the event of proven misleading information, THAIZUP reserves the right to remove the profile without notice.
4. Financial Terms and Subscription Access to featuring and visibility tools is subject to a paid subscription.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed by our French entity in Thai Baht (THB) for convenience, via the secure provider STRIPE.
- Taxation: Prices are displayed excluding VAT. Thai companies are responsible for VAT reverse charge procedures in accordance with local regulations.
5. Liability
- Intermediation: THAIZUP does not intervene in sales contracts between Users and Professionals.
- Third-Party Content: THAIZUP is not responsible for User reviews or automatic translation errors generated by browsers.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Notwithstanding the location of the Professionals in Thailand, these Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts within the jurisdiction of THAIZUP’s registered office in France.
