- Professional Data: Establishment details, photos, videos, and content related to Thai Soft Power.
- Note: No sensitive data (religion, political opinions, etc.) is collected.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING Data is used to:
- Manage subscriptions and featured listings for businesses.
- Promote Thai Soft Power to international users.
- Generate traffic statistics and improve user experience.
DATA RETENTION AND RIGHTS
- Retention: 36 months after the last contact for prospects; duration of subscription + 5 years for clients (legal accounting requirements).

DATA TRANSFERS (EU/THAILAND)
While our servers are located in Europe, the use of the platform involves data transfers to Thailand (display of professional profiles). THAIZUP ensures appropriate security measures are in place to protect these flows in accordance with international standards.
